Glenda - Sassy Studio Designs

Dare to be Sassy Thursday - Hats off to You!  All that is required is that you use an image with a hat, crown, bandana, something on it's head.  I chose to use Glenda!  Here are the details!  I printed her out once full page, adhered the printed digi to blank cardstock, leaving the bottom adhesive free so I could tuck the tulle in there, then cut her out.  This made things a bit more sturdy for my stand alone Glenda.  I cut her off just below the belly button.  Then I gathered tulle and adhered it between the layers.  I glammed her up and sprayed adhesive on her new tulle skirt and sprinkled glitter on it to jazz it up a bit.  Ha, I even glittered her eyelashes!  She will look so cute on a gift bag, mirror, locker, anywhere you can stick her!  She is so stinkin cute!  Just another way to use Lindsey's fabby designs!  I'm entering the following challenges:
