Gothica - Delicious Doodles

and your challenge if you choose to accept it is "show us your metal".  I totally stepped out of my box with Gothica.  I'm a girlie girl, and rarely create on the "darker side".  So, I chose this digi to expand my card making horizons!  I tried to make her a little "Girlie" with her wisps of grey and pink hair! LOL!, I guess it is just in my nature!  Something new for me is grey skin tones.  She may have been more girlie with a normal skin tone, but I like her this way and she has grown on me!  Of course bling is a must, right down to the dab of a rhinestone at the corner of her inner eye!  I added a few golden butterflies to add a little fantasy, and wahla!  A creation totally out of my comfort zone!  Delicious doodles has some really unique and beautiful digis, you'll have to go check them out!  The winning entry of the challenge gets to choose 4 digis! Greatest Gift - DTBST #222 - Pastels

 

Dare to be Sassy Thursday #222!  Our challenge this week is Pretty Pastels!  So think soft yellow, green, blue, pink, whatever tickles your fancy!  There are sassys to be won ladies so come join the fun.  I made a cake pop table decoration for my niece's shower, as you can probably guess, yes, she is having a boy, but I colored up my sassy in pink.  Had to have a little girlie stuff somewhere!  Had a ball with these, and of course, they were delish!!!!  I'll be entering the following challenges:

Super Mom - Sassy Studio Designs March Release and Blog Hop

 

Boy, are your in for a treat!  Lindsay has created the most wonderful digis for this release!  Grab a cup of coffee, tea, or whatever you thurst for and check it out - check it out - check it out!  My creation uses Super Mom!  I created one of those pop up card/boxes that are all the rage now, and it was super easy.  I thought it was the perfect shape to debut Super Mom.  Our challenge this release is Bingo using this board:

 

 

My row exists of Reuse, Glitter, and buttons.  My reuse item is the office clip Super Mom is attached to on my pop up box, as well as the high heal bow/charm that came off my Physician's Choice Bronzer! (I may have just purchased this item because of the charm!) LOL!  Come join in and show us your sassy creations.  If your a seasoned hopper, you know the drill, follow the list, and check out Sara's wonderful creation.  She is so stinkin talented, has mastered that soft, romantic feel to her cards, whereas mine blind you with bling.  I guess we are who we are, LOL!  Just follow the list and leave some love!  As always, there are sassys to be won!

Princess Ariel Pinup

 

It's Thursday again, and you all know what that means.  Yep, there is a new Dare to be Sassy Challenge #221, "It's Up to You".  Which means pick your favorite color combo.  I just love the feel of black white and pink, well, let's just say it, it's down right sexy!  If you take a close look at Princess  Ariel Pinup, I doodled with white gel pen on her top and her stockings.  Looks super cool in person.  I also used the slightest bit of stickles on the sheer overlay and the caps of her sleeves.  I just love this card, and I  hope the recipient loves it as well!  Come join the fun and show us your favorite color combo!  I'll be entering the following challenges:

Soapbox - The Stamping Chef

My scrapbook page I used Soapbox.  She cracks me up, and so versatile.  She comes with the scream and shout phrase, but I saw her as so much more.  Using her on a sports page shouting out orders, birthday cards shouting out the age, announcing big events......I had to  have her.  I also recycled a game spinner up in the left hand corner.  Flipped it over, stamped on it, reassembled it and blinged it out.  Of course,  had to glitz up her dress, and I even added straps from rhinestones!  That's just how I roll. Amelia - Lacy Sunshine Stamps Curiosities Collection

 

I decided to step out of my box a bit and create something a little let's say "not as sweet".  I'm not saying Amelia from the Curiosities Collection at Lacy Sunshine Stamps isn't sweet, but just in her own way.  I tried something new I colored 1/2 of her in greys of death, and 1/2 of her in flesh for the living. I gotta say, I love love love this!  It's like she isn't letting go of life and hanging onto it as long as she can.  I even gave her wings and a halo for that darker half.  Well, what would a creation by me be without a bit of bling!  That's how I roll.  A good friend of mine even calls me "sparkles" LOL!  I guess it suites me!  I'm entering this beauty in Lacy Sunshine Stamps Facebook Challenge and crossing my fingers!  I would so love to be on her design team as she has so many wonderful wonderful digis.  Take a peak at her shop, I dare you to not leave without purchasing something.  I couldn't even push my virtual cart anymore, it was so full!
