Sassy Mermaid - Sassy Studio Designs

Thought I'd play with one of my favorite, older, sassy images Sassy Mermaid. I created my own personal challenge, using bits from my scrap pile!  Love the pearls in her hair and a friend showed me the ways of beading up the center of flowers, sooooo, here she is, made just for fun!  I'll be at the following challenges:

Gaston Honey - Release/Blog Hop

 

 

Welcome to a new release for Sassy Studio Designs.  Lindsey created some awesome sassys for you, again, not that we are suprised!  She is so talented!  I got to play with Gaston Honey from Beauty and the Beast.  Being Valentine's day is right around the corner, I thought I'd make a candy holder/valentine.  The challenge was to use one or more from this list:

 I really love the 3d heart balloons made from a heart punch!  Cute Cute Cute!

Ballroom Babe - Sassy Studio Designs

Sassy Skater - Sassy Studio Designs

 

 

Where has the week gone?  It's here again, Friday, and you know what that means!  Hop over to Papercraft Planet to get your free Sassy Skater! The challenge this week is "What's Your Style"!   Use a technique or style that you love - for me that would be my dylusions ink.  I used watercolor paper for my background and spritzed dylusions on it, then water.  The stuff is just plain fun to watch run into each other and make new colors.  Dab it off with a paper towel and spritz some more.  So random, and you never do the same thing twice.  Granted I'm just learning, but I think I do love the mess it makes too.  Note to self, get rubber gloves that really fit and your manicure clean up will be a breeze!  LOL!  Learned that one the hard way. Then I just stamped and doodled!  This little skater has plenty of attitude, but a touch of girlie too!  Come join the fun at papercraft planet and show us what style or technique you love!  I'll be entering the following challenges:

A Manly Card

 

Okay, so this is quite a bit out of my "girly girly froo froo frilly" zone I tend to create in.  Really, it is not my fault I create this way, I only have girls!  LOL!  This is me trying my hand at a nature card!  LOL!  Running short on guy cards, I purchased this rubber stamp.  All in all, I'm pleased with the outcome using stickles, chalks, and copics.  I think my tree looks pretty good.  Overall, I like it, but boy do I want to put some gems on this little baby!  LOL!  Being it is a guy card, I won't!  I'll be hanging out at the following challenges:

Cheerful Chelsea - Sassy Studio Designs

 

It's another Fabulous Friday Feebie over at Papercraft Planet.  Cheerful Chelsea will only be around for 24 hours, so make sure you stop by and adopt her for your collection!  This week's challenge is "out with the old".  My "old" per say is that last piece of ribbon on the spool that keeps getting stuck in the drawer as you open and close it! Rose Red - Saturated Canary

 

 

Meet Rose Red from Saturated Canary!  This color palette is kinda working out of my box, but I do love the outcome.  I even got my sewing machine out, which is weird for me, being the queen of  faux stitching LOL!  If I don't faux stitch, in my head it isn't finished. I thought this would be nice for any celebration.  Thanks for stopping by.  I'll be at the following challenges!

I'm bummed The Stamping Boutique has closed it's doors, so alas, one of my design team obligations has come to an end.  I had been working with Tracey for a year and had a blast creating with her designs.  I still design for Sassy Studio, and am very blessed to create for Lindsay.  My sassy sisters rock, and I find so much inspiration there.  I think I'm going to be on the lookout for another team to join up with, as it "makes" me craft even if I have a million other things to do, well, because I have to get it done.  So that works for me.  I had this digi colored up and begging me to finish it.  Sooo, officially, I have 1 card done for Christmas 2013 - na na na na na na!  LOL!  I'll be entering the following challenges:

Diva Diana - Sassy Studio Designs
