Rabbit in Egg - The Stamping Boutique

Feeling a little like Easter, maybe it is the candy I'm craving.  This little bunny in egg from The Stamping boutique is so stinkin cute...it was just screaming for a 3d egg to pop out of it.  The honeycomb paper is so fun to work with too.  I'm going to hop on over to the following challenges:

Get Well Bear - The Stamping Boutique

How cute is this.....In making a get well card, it brought back memories of all those CUTE bandaids my girls just had to have, you know the ones, Dora, Barney, Princesses.  So I told myself I just had to decorate my bandaid as well.  This is just such an adorable bear from The Stamping Boutique, I just had to see what I could come up with, and I really love how it turned out.  The Stamping Boutique's challenge this week is a shaped card, stop by and take a chance at winning some images.  As for me and my bear, we will be feeling better at the following challenges:

SS Suds - Stitchy Bear

I'm still in the partying mode and guy card theme!  Had a few scraps left over from my last "drinking" card and thought I should use them up.  I don't know about you, but I have such a hard time using scraps, I think in my mind I need to use a new piece of paper fresh and clean - needless to say my scrap basket is HUGE!!!!  I know,  I know, I'm working on it!  Come join me at the following parties!

I thought I'd do a layout for some photos of hubby and I.  I've entitled it "I'll love you forever".  The Stamping boutique is sponsoring a faux or real stitching challenge, and I thought this would definately fit the bill.  I've faux stitched and actually randonly sewed my hearts together, pop dotting some embossed hearts along the way.  I really like how this turned out.  I'm entering the following challenges:

Princess Jennifer Latte - Peace Sign The Stamping Boutique

A bit untraditional for a Valentine, I agree, but it turned out so cute! I used Princess Jennifer Latte, another image from The Stamping Boutique, however, I covered her coffee cup up with a sparkly heart in celebration of the holiday.  I followed a sketch over at Sweet Sketch Wednesday for their challenge this week, check it out.  Princess Jennifer and I have appearance engagements at the following places, see you there!

Saturated Canary Valentine Digi

Still playing with my CTMH papers, this time with a saturated canary digi.  I'm in need of a few Valentines for the approaching holiday.  It is a tradition at my house to send out decorated Valentine Cookies, they are huge (the size of a paper plate) and we frost them with decorator frosting and write our messages of love on them.  We just made the dough today in preparation.  It is way to much to bake the cookies, frost them, and package them in an evening, so we do it in steps.  But, if I'm on the ball and ahead of things, I like to include a Valentine.   I pulled out my punches, pearls, stickles, bling, nesties, and bows, and wala!  There are so many challenges going on for the Valentine/love theme, I thought I'd enter a few:

http://creataliciouschallenges.blogspot.com/ - Love, border, ribbon, flowers and bling

Birthday Fairy - Stamping Boutique

I think I'm hooked on smoochies and fairys from The Stamping Boutique for now!  LOL!  So much going on in this card, love, love love my papers from CTMH, takes all the guess work out of coordinating!  Sparkles, bling, fairys, this card just makes me smile.  I decided to make a pop up cupcake from my inky antics stamp set.  I must admit I've had the stamp set for quite some time, and just now took the time to try it.  These are sooo much fun. I'm going to try other shapes with my cricut machine and see how they turn out.  I'm entering my fairy birthday card in the following challenges:

Smoochie - The Stamping Boutique

I just love this Smoochie from The Stamping Boutique, she is so much fun to color, and perfect for Valentine's Day. I kinda got a bit carried away with add ons here, but who am I kidding, the more I can stick on it the better.  I never enter those challenges that are "clean and simple", quite frankly, I'm not capable of it! LOL!  I've entered the following challenges:

Jenna - Saturated Canary

Last night I thought I'd play with a Saturated Canary image.  I just love this one with all her layers and sassy hair.  I tried something different, I put bling in her hair for a barrette.  HAIR, I need to find a tutorial - that I can understand without an art degree, I don't want to bother with deciding which way the light is coming in, etc.  Maybe it's just me, but some of those videos are way to technical!  If you have any suggestions, let me know!  Really, the card can be made in no time, hair coloring, well, lets just say, I spent most of my time styling and highlighting her hair, and I still don't think I've got it.  We're off to these challenges:

Thanks for stopping by.
